The app allows you to customize Pricing, Payment Terms and GL Coding based on sales types/channels.  By setting up each Order Type for Customers and Vendors the App correctly codes values without having to se up each Account individually.  This also comes handy if you have multiple pricing pricing or terms for the same customers or Vendors.  Or if you would like to code GL transactions based on the Order Type.

Simplify your Price Lists by creating one Price list for all Customers and Vendors for a specific Order Type.  Pricing and Discounts are then calculated when a specific Order Type is chosen.  The app also allows you to recalculate Pricing when an Order Type is changed. If you have a Customer or Vendor with a Custom Price you can by pass the Order Type Pricing and default to Pricing set up on the Account Level.

Payment Terms are set up on the Order Type Level.  Once Order Type is chosen Sales or Purchase Order is updated with Terms indicated on the Order Mgmt Level.  Due Date is then recalculated based on newly updated terms.  For Customers and Vendor with Custom Terms you can bypass the Payment Terms calculation on the Account Level set up.

NextGen Order Mgmt allows you to automatically code Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Revenue, Discounts and Cost of Goods Accounts on Order Level Type.  By setting up Posting Groups on the Order Mgmt Level Posting Groups are updated for Sales and Purchase Orders.  This allows you to customize Accounts Receivable Ledger by Order Type as well as create Profit and Loss by Order Type or Channel.

The App is absolutely free.  You can download the App below or from the App Store.  Once downloaded the App is yours to keep and use for as long you want.  You will never be asked to pay and we will not contact you with any marketing promotions.  At NextGen Books we believe in sharing our knowledge and helping small businesses get the tools they need to grow.
